URenew is a philanthropic platform dedicated to rebuilding and revitalizing small communities in Ukraine that have suffered from the war.

Our team focuses on post-war recovery guided by the “build back better” principle – restoring not only what was lost, but creating stronger, more resilient communities for the future.

URenew’s main project for now is the reconstruction and development of the villages of Byshiv community in the Kyiv region.

URenew was founded by a global fellowship of professionals united by a shared mission — driving real change from local recovery to long-term resilience.

We use world’s best practice to serve community needs. Most of the team members operate globally with full awareness of the local context. It helps to combine community needs with world’s best practice. URenew has gathered a great team that is able to deliver full-cycle projects – from feasibility study and financing to go-live.

Our legal and operating model ensures full spend transparency – different legal entities and teams are responsible for fund-raising and project execution. We assure effective internal controls at key project execution stages – sourcing and construction control.

During his more then 30 years of professional experience Robert held the top-management positions of the leading international companies: President of the French industrial-investment company Suez Lyonnaise des Emax; Board Member of a Trade and Development Director in EDF-EnBW Polska; Development Strategy Adviser of the Board in the Netmedia S.A. capital group; Nowadays Robert consults NEOM project (the City of the future, KSA) on sustainable technologies.

Joanne Dixon

Managing director Energy Markets Group, MBA / Project partner on power generating

Joanne Dixon is an energy markets and infrastructure development expert with over 20 years of professional experience. She is currently the Managing Director of Energy Markets Group (EMG). Her great skills in Sustainable Energy Sector Development and Transactions, Commercial Strategy, Market Transformation, Energy Transition Institutional Restructuring, Capacity Building will ensure the research, creation, implementation and development of the strategy of power generation on the territory of community.

Julia has 20+ years of experience in operational finance, budgeting and analysis of greenfield projects as CFO and interim CEO. Her successful experience in managing expenses, cash flows, planning, as well as participation in the development and implementation of various projects allows to create an effective model of sourcing and managing all necessary resources to achieve the goals of the project office and deliver value to the community

Project background: Dukat, Automotive TSG, VIDI group, BLG ViDi Logistics.

Sergii Ostapchuk

IT professional / Project partner on digital platform

Sergii has 10+ years experience in go-to-market digital strategy development and product management. Acting as a product owner he has been implementing and practically improving the creation and development of successful digital platforms. His professional skills in field of transformation and automatization of business processes will ensure the development and support of the digitalisation of URenew projects.
